A bit about us:

Pablo's Mexican Restaurant, Grill and Cantina is a Mexican-Style restaurant in Fernandina Beach, Florida. Created by Pablo Madrigal and his brother Fernando, both with many years of experience in the restaurant business, and both with a true desire of changing the way you see Mexican Cuisine.

Pablo's Mexican Restaurant opened up for business in  2007, right before the famous Eight Flags Shrimp Festival. Located in Downtown Fernandina Beach, the main goal at Pablo's is to satisfy our patrons by providing them with fresh Mexican-style food along with a Full bar and trained staff to accomodate your particular needs.

Where are we?

Our address is 12 N 2nd Street, Fernandina Beach, FL 32034. We are downtown Fernandina, within the Historic Disctric and just steps from the Marina. We are proud to have the perfect location, close to the water, sorounded by shops and other local main attractions.

We are here to provide you with a taste of Mexico, we not only have the traditional dishes you love, we also have new items that will become the food you crave!

Although we are fairly new to the area, Pablo's Mexican Restaurant is becoming an area favorite among both, locals and visitor's. Our famous Margaritas and our Sizzling Fajitas are a major success.


At Pablo's Mexican Restaurant we not only provide you with great indoor dinning, we also have a Courtyard in the back of our building where you can gather along with your family and friends to enjoy fresh-made Mexican food and a couple of drinks from our full bar while you enjoy the beauty of the weather in north-east Florida.
